I was recently in Wuzhen and visited the baijiu distillery and sampled their baijiu which was a rice aroma baijiu. Very potent with a lasting flavour. Since being back I have been try to locate rice aroma baijiu to buy without any luck. It has a very distinct aroma and taste.
